Many mothers long to parent differently to how they themselves were raised but feel lost in cycles of anger, frustration, guilt, and shame, unsure of how to break free from ingrained patterns.
Parenting is a set of skills many of us didn’t fully learn —skills like emotional regulation, authentic connection, and understanding child development. Many of us grew up without learning how to manage our own emotions, build emotional intelligence, or navigate the complexities of parenting with presence and empathy. True change happens in safe, supportive spaces where we can be seen, heard, and held. MotherGrow is that space—a community of mothers growing together, learning the tools of nervous system informed connected parenting, and doing the deep inner work to heal and reparent themselves. By cultivating these skills, they can show up with greater presence, compassion, and confidence for their children.

We often spend on nurseries, prams, clothes, and our homes, but rarely consider investing in the education and support systems that can shape our parenting—and ultimately, our family’s emotional well-being. Join from anywhere in the world! Prices are in AUD—please check your timezone against Australian time for conversion. UK participants usually watch recordings, while US participants can often join calls in the evening (Australia’s Thursday 11am = Wednesday evening in the US).
All calls are recorded, so live attendance isn't necessary. However, being present for as many calls as possible offers the added benefit of connecting with a supportive community of like-minded mothers.

As a Holistic Counsellor and Nervous System informed Parent Coach, trained and certified by Jai Institute of Parenting, my guiding philosophy is based on this truth: Children’s behavior is a direct reflection of their needs (met or unmet) and our triggers (expressed consciously or unconsciously). When parents change, children’s behavior changes. So we provide a deeply transformational experience for parents first.
In my program, you can learn how transform your unconscious actions - such as shaming, yelling, punishments, fears and high expectations - by shining a spotlight on them. From here, you make the unconscious conscious. This is where true transformation happens. Conscious parenting is the process of becoming aware of what your reactions are in order to make a conscious choice to change them.
