6 month Parenting Support Program

You are likely here because you want to feel connected and attuned to your child but you are struggling with the intensity of all the feelings and behaviours - theirs AND yours. So many parents want to parent differently to how they were parented, but don’t know how. It can be overwhelming trying to find the right knowledge, books, advice, support people and understanding what even is the next right step.

If you are regularly triggered by your child’s behaviours, you are in cycles of anger, frustration, impatience, guilt and shame, you are in the right place. We are not meant to be mothering alone - we need community, connection, support, supportive people to listen to OUR feelings so that we can listen to our children.

A space for mothers to grow together

  • 12 x 2 hour group coaching sessions every 2 weeks with breaks for school holidays (Australia). Calls are via Zoom on Wednesday 11am - 1pm AEDT/ AEST - all recorded so you can watch replays) with Alita Blanchard. Share learnings, build safety in connection, review challenges and breakthroughs, build self compassion.

  • Listening partnership groups set up for ongoing support

  • Lifetime access to your online evidence based Parenting Course (provided by Jai Institute of Parenting). This is a resource that will keep giving as you journey through motherhood and your children growing. Includes videos and workbooks based on latest brain science, attachment and nervous system science and child development research.

The benefits of group connection

  • We heal in relationship with others. Small intimate group to build a feeling of safety, community and connection. My goal is for you to create ongoing connections and listening partnerships with likeminded mothers and carers who are also growing with you.

  • We focus on curiosity, practice, listening, self compassion, imperfection and radical self care. You also have access to what so many mothers deeply need for growth - a space to share your truth, your feelings, listening partnerships, community, support and space holding. We often don't have villages of support. This group can become a part of the village you need.

I deeply believe Conscious (ish) and Nervous System informed parenting - with a focus on SAFETY - is the the foundational healing work our world needs for emotional wellbeing. It is focused on you, the parent. Because all the parenting strategies in the world do not work unless you have the ability to truly listen and process your own emotions, feel safe, know how to regulate your nervous system and understand the importance of healthy emotional release.

This is an investment in what is likely the most important role you will ever have - your relationship with your children, your motherhood journey and your self growth. We spend so much on our children's nurseries, prams, clothes and our own homes and yet very rarely do we think to invest in actual education and support systems in parenting - which I believe is the most critical investment we can ever make in our family’s growth and emotional wellbeing.

All calls are recorded. You do NOT need to attend live however if you can make space, call in help and aim to be as present to as many as possible, you will get the additional benefit of being in a supportive, connecting group of likeminded mothers, sharing, listening, coregulating.

As a Parent Coach, trained and certified by Jai Institute of Parenting, and Holistic Counsellor (in the making) my guiding philosophy is based on this truth: Children’s behavior is a direct reflection of their needs (met or unmet) and our triggers (expressed consciously or unconsciously). When parents change, children’s behavior changes. So we provide a deeply transformational experience for parents first.

In my program, you can learn how transform your unconscious actions - such as shaming, yelling, punishments, fears and high expectations - by shining a spotlight on them. From here, you make the unconscious conscious. This is where true transformation happens. Conscious parenting is the process of becoming aware of what your reactions are in order to make a conscious choice to change them.
