I offer holistic counselling, nervous system-informed parent coaching, somatic emotional release, and listening time, designed to help you:

Each 60-minute session is a deeply supportive space, available online via ZOOM or in person (Central Coast, NSW on request).
An integrative, trauma-informed approach that includes:
Compassionate witnessing – space to share, cry, vent, and be fully heard
Validation and coregulation – feel emotionally held in a safe, non-judgmental way
Somatic emotional release – body-based techniques to help process stress and emotions
Practical tools – nervous system support, parenting strategies, and self-care practices

Parenting is an ever-evolving journey, and as our understanding of child development, attachment, and emotional safety grows, so does our ability to parent in ways that truly nurture both our children and ourselves.
Many of us were raised in environments where listening, emotional validation, and coregulation were not the norm. We now have access to neuroscience and attachment research that show how emotional safety and attuned connection shape a child’s nervous system, emotional regulation, and lifelong well-being.
Growth as a parent means embracing new insights and expanding your capacity to hold space for both your child's emotions and your own. It means learning to listen without judgment, to regulate your own stress so you can meet your child’s needs with more presence, and to create an environment where both you and your child feel safe to express emotions authentically.
